In the new community forum, allow notifications and/or subscriptions
Discussions in this thread will be monitored to ensure adherence to our Community Guidelines
Detailed Description
Would be good if we can sign up to areas of interest and be emailed if new discussions start.
Would be good to have the ability to click on a conversation and receive alerts from that discussion if any new comments/replies.
Reason for Suggestion
Overall forum improvement, as we don't always remember to periodically come in and scan the forum for new discussions
Great minds think alike! Interestingly, this exact enhancement request was raised to our web team just last week. We're thrilled to let you know that the work is currently in the queue, waiting to be scheduled. We'll let you know as soon as it becomes available. Thanks again for actively contributing to the community.
Hi Alexandra,
We don't receive an email when a new download has been made available in the Client Area. I have to login once a week to be across the latest changes. Will Frontier really implement an email notification service for posts made on a forum before a notification service to advise clients an update is available for their payroll software? (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻
Hi Samuel, this is a slightly different idea to the one raised initially, so we will create your idea as a separate item to get it into the conversation.
Great news! Based on user feedback, whenever a new comment is posted to the Community Forum, the original poster and all participants in the discussion will receive an alert. This enhancement is designed to keep everyone engaged and up-to-date with the latest contributions. If you prefer not to receive these notifications for a conversation you've joined or started, you can opt out by using the toggle located at the top of the conversation thread or on your comment.
