Currently there is no functionality within the system to extract bulk payslips. I have received a number of requests from staff to be emailed multiple payslips (some requesting 8 years worth). I'd like to request a request for development of bulk payslip extraction as a high priority.

I can't believe it doesn't have a built in report on previous earnings that you can provide an employee. Our ancient micropay system had a great one built in that had all their pay history broken down into component codes, but also had the ABN etc. so it could be used as one big payslip.
I've tried to make one in an excel template but once you start bringing details from PTA such as "PAYG" etc. it starts to omit random data for some reason.

Hi, I would also like this functionality - we have to do this when we have workers compensation claims and/or legal cases. Very often we are requested for payslips for an employees entire service history.
We get numerous requests from HSEQ to provide the last two years' worth of pay slips. This takes up a great deal of time and would be advantageous to have a bulk pay slip generator.
Any update on the progress of this expected functionality on a 21st Century software?
Frontier Software is actively monitoring this enhancement request and has noted significant interest from multiple parties for it to be adopted in the ichris solution. We're pleased to announce that our Leadership team has approved a team to complete the specification. Once completed, we will have a clearer understanding of the effort required and can determine its placement in our development pipeline. Watch this space!
This is great news - We have been hopeful Frontier would invest in this development!
Very keen to see a bulk Payslips report output, ideally:
- Able to be extracted Per Employee
- Over a Specified Date Range
- All Payslips within that date range (as HR21 version payslip with company branding & ABN etc) in bulk, ie. a PDF incorporating all payslips in one PDF output.
Workers Comp Claims in NSW often require "52 weeks of payslips prior to the date of injury" to be provided by Payroll. Currently this is a really time consuming process in iCHRIS/HR21. A bulk Payslip processor per employee, or a report similar would be of great value!
