ERH/RWP end dates codes should not appear in ERH drop down list for selection. Only current active codes should display

I recently performed a clean up to end date old not in use Roster codes so they no longer appear (as we had hundreds). They are still appearing in ERH drop down menu after the expiry date, why is this so? How can this be fixed? It should just display current active codes.

Reason for Suggestion
It means that you will still see hundreds of codes to be selected from, doesn’t sound right to me. In PDT for example when we end date a division, cost centre etc. there is an option to display only current codes in the list. It does not make sense to display codes that are no longer in use from this list.
Expected Benefits
Removes the old work patterns appearing from a list, avoids confusion and wrong code being selected and saves time having a current list visible

The organisational structure is created on GNA and is a form that all clients use in their system

ichris/chris21 is able to display balances for leave as weeks via LTR.
I dont have this issue and i've been searching the help file and investigating other system settings trying to figure out why for you because although we have a large number of expired ERH work patterns when i access the form in ichris i only see the current ones (without an expiry date). Unlike the chris21 interface which has a checkbox to filter dropdowns for current records, ichris just doesn't show me expired entries at all and it appears to be this way in other table validated fields also for me.
I can only assume that its some kind of setting unless of course its something to do with the ichris browser version. Ours is ichris : 5.54.0.13901
If it turns out to be some kind of setting and i figure it out i'll let you know.
