Leave Management - Questions to ask
- Leave accrual rules – are they up to date and accruing correctly? Are non-accruing leave types set up and conforming with legislation, e.g. Domestic Violence leave?
- Are rules around leave certificates in place and correct?
- Are leave balances correct and displaying correctly for employees, e.g. LSL?
- Are any employees entitled to Leave Loading? Is this in place?
- Is Leave Liability being calculated and reported correctly?
- Are all public holidays loaded into the system? How often are they updated?
- Can casual employees apply for leave?
