Accessibility - Questions to ask
- Can you offer self-service access to all staff?
- Can you offer a mobile app for self-service transactions?
- Are workflows and advices related to self-service transactions correctly routed?
- Are your self-service messages configurable, relevant and up to date?
- Is self-service displaying only the leave types available to the employee group of the user?
- Can balances be viewed and how often are they updated?
- Are payslips available through self-service? Are they loading correctly?
- Are payslips compliant, showing all data points required by the Fair Work Ombudsman?
- Can managers access additional information to assist them with transaction approvals, e.g, leave calendars, balances, etc?
