  • Can you offer self-service access to all staff?
  • Can you offer a mobile app for self-service transactions?
  • Are workflows and advices related to self-service transactions correctly routed?
  • Are your self-service messages configurable, relevant and up to date?
  • Is self-service displaying only the leave types available to the employee group of the user?
  • Can balances be viewed and how often are they updated?
  • Are payslips available through self-service? Are they loading correctly?
  • Are payslips compliant, showing all data points required by the Fair Work Ombudsman?
  • Can managers access additional information to assist them with transaction approvals, e.g, leave calendars, balances, etc?
