Frontier Software can confirm the restoration of our customer systems impacted by a recent cyber incident. Safe system access has been restored to all Australian customers.
To date, our investigations show no evidence of any customer data being exfiltrated or stolen. Whilst the incident resulted in some of Frontier Software’s Australian corporate systems being encrypted, Australian customer HR & Payroll data and systems are segmented from the corporate systems and were not compromised.
The technical lessons learned from this incident will enable us to further strengthen our cyber security defences and minimise the likelihood of future incidents.
