The Christmas and New Year's period will be here before we realise, so we ask you to please take note of the Support Centre operating hours during this time.  

The Support Centre will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Otherwise, we will still be available (with a reduced team) to provide support between 8.00am - 5.00pm AEST.  

After hours support will be available, but please be aware that charges may apply if you call outside of the above hours.  

The Support Centre will re-open will our full team on Monday, 8 January 2024.  

Should you require any pre-scheduled assistance outside of these hours please contact your Account Manager no later than Friday, 15 December 2023.
