We would like to request a change / enhancement to the HR²¹ multi factor authenticator screen button order switched so that “continue” is on the left and cancel on the right.
Currently after you enter your password the following MFA code entry screen has cancel on the left, Its standard UX design to have the positive response (primary action) on the left and the negative on the right in my experience. In fact other parts of both HR²¹ &  chris²¹ have the buttons in the right order (examples provided in the attachment) so the new MFA form is an anomaly in the system.

Reason for Suggestion

There is a lack of consistency in the system that is resulting in people accidentally cancelling out of the MFA screen because they are used to the “Continue” or “OK” buttons being on the left and cancel being on the right.

Expected Benefits

I'll spend less of my time dealing with irritated employees and it will be one less bug bear for employees which will help improve the HR²¹ experience which will hopefully work towards improving the poor opinion many of our staff have of the system.
