Reverse PIT entries so that most recent pay run appears at the top.

Discussions in this thread will be monitored to ensure adherence to our Community Guidelines

Current PIT entries start from the earliest pay run number for an employee with the most recent pay at the end of the list. Would be much more practical for the most recent to appear first to match other forms such as PHQ.
