Detailed Description

I think there should be a new field on the CFG form for the historic staff number length (or format) that is automatically used when you run the RYF process.

Reason for Suggestion

The current process of changing the Staff Number Length to allow a H to be placed in front of the number ie. increasing the number of digits allowed - we have just had an instance where we forgot to change the Staff Number Length back after completing the RYF process and when we have commenced a new employee, it creates an employee number with an extra digit.

Expected Benefits
No manual changing of system settings and also the historical staff number could be displayed fully.
