In our EA we now have when paying Annual Leave loading, we need to have loading at 17.5% on weekdays, 50% Saturdays and 100% Sundays. 

The ideal situation would be that the system recognizes the day of the week and uses the loading assigned to the day. If this isn't something that could done maybe the suggestion below. 

Please note that there is a cap on the amount of leave loading. We are using LTL with a Maximum Remuneration and Full-time Equivalent ticked. 

At the moment you need to have a different annual leave type for weekday, Sat & Sunday. It would be great if you could only apply for these leave types Annual Leve for Saturday on Saturday & Annual Leave for Sunday on Sunday.

Reason for Suggestion

Suggestion 1: This addresses paying leave loading at different rates, and ensuring that employees employees are not under paid.

Suggestion 2: This ensures that the right leave type is used for the right day so that employees are not overpaid.

Expected Benefits

Suggestion 1: Would allow for the user only to have to summit one leave application.

Suggestion 2: Would stop the employee selecting the wrong leave type for the day of annual leave.
