Confirm Severity Error Message on Cancel Button in CPA

Detailed Description

Please create in Chris21/iChris a confirm severity error message that appears when the Cancel button is clicked in Current Pay (CPA). The confirmation window message should say something like 'This will remove the staff member from the payrun. Are you sure you wish to proceed?' and should have the Yes or No options. This ERR Confirm window will serve as a safeguard to prevent payroll users from accidently removing staff from the payrun and creating extra work to accommodate staff pay in out-of-cycle pay runs.

In the Current Pay (CPA) form in Chris21, the Cancel button is positioned very close to the Recalc button. This proximity has led to multiple instances where payroll users have accidently clicked Cancel instead of Recalc, resulting in staff inadvertently being removed from the pay run and not receiving pay on their usual pay date.

Agree that this would be a good improvement. Also consider the positioning of these buttons on the screen as well. I think that re-calc would get used far more often than Cancel or Transfer so do they need to be next to each other?

Agree! This has caused us some instances of the same nature.
If a re-positioning is possible, it would be great if the Cancel & Transfer buttons were kept away from the Recalc button.
Also it would be ideal if the Recalc button was integrated into the 'Components' Tab of CPA, rather than having it placed on the 'Detail' Tab, to avoid the jump during the current pay run from CPA Detail Tab, to hit Recalc, then to the Components Tab to check the recalculation, then back to Detail to SAVE.
Repositioning in that way would prevent error, and potentially be a time-saver too!
