Would be beneficial to have an authenticator app option for all MFA enabled services/modules.

Reason for Suggestion

The option for SMS is at a cost to businesses. The email option uses the email in USR/DET, quite often this is a business email which some staff won't have access to outside of work, especially with the NES recent right to disconnect. Features like submitting leave, expense reimbursements or updating personal details is then unavailable.

Expected Benefits

The option of an authenticator app provides an additional zero cost option for businesses and allows staff to retrieve their MFA code at any time.
