Annualised Allowance

We are trying to setup an ALW code to process an Annualised Allowance for a team member, that interprets the amount from their SMN data, rather than having to setup an individual allowance that needs to be monitored.

Currently we have tried to set with a PTA code Allowance Type (A) and Amount Type (T), and then setup a separate TAB as well for the ALW code, then applied the allowance code in ALW for the specific employee - unfortunately not getting any results when re-calculating data.

Any thoughts re this approach would be greatly appreciated.

Reason for Suggestion

The advantage of this process would alleviate the need to manually enter ALW codes and amounts, instead calculating the desired outcome based on employee SMN data updates.
