Change the SPF filter from working off monthly values to use payrun numbers now that Payday Super is in effect and super payments are run based on the payrun and no longer once a month.

Reason for Suggestion

SPF report is only able to use the monthly totals, but the AFP reports use payrun numbers for the filter. It would be ideal for SPF to be the same as AFP for selection options on what payruns are included so the 2 reports balance each payrun

Expected Benefits

SPF and AFP reports will match for the payruns included
